Necklet gladly offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If you wish to return a product, please return within 30 days from the arrival date to be eligible for a refund on the purchase price.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, the Necklet must be in the same condition and in its original packaging that it was received. If the Necklet is damaged or not in its original packaging you will be subject to a restock and reprocessing fee of $9.99
To complete your return, we require that you include a note with the following information: - Full Name - Order Number - Email address used to purchase your order Or Print your “Order Confirmation” email and place it inside the package to be returned

We recommend that you ship your return with a service that provides tracking as Necklet is not responsible for any packages lost in transit for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
