Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

+ How long will it take for my order to ship?

All in-stock items generally take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped out to the customer. Shipping time varies depending on method and location.

+ What is your return policy?

Necklet gladly offers a 30-day, no hassle money back guarantee. If you wish to return a product, please return within 30 days from your order date to be eligible for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping and handling. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method used. Items should be returned in original packaging. Items that are returned defaced or damaged are not eligible for a refund. To return your Necklet please print your “Order Confirmation” email and place it inside the package to be returned. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely.

We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking as Necklet is not responsible for any packages lost in transit for return. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Refunds from your bank, PayPal, or other payment method may take up to 7 days to process once it has been initiated on our end

+ Are returns free?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

+ What's your refund/exchange policy?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

+ When will I receive my refund?

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
