- + What is the Necklet made of?
The Necklet is made out of zinc alloy and is double plated with 18k gold.
- + What should I use to clean my Necklet?
You should clean your Necklet with a dry cloth.
- + Can I wear two necklaces with my Necklet?
Yes you can! If you have a triple clasp Necklet, you can wear 2, 3, and even 4 necklaces with your Necklet, depending on their weight and size. If you want to wear only 2 necklaces, just make sure you attach the necklaces on both ends, leaving the middle clasp on the Necklet, empty.
- + My necklaces are not centered when I attach them to the Necklet…
We have the solution for you! We offer Extenders, they are 3 rings attached with a clasp at the end of it. The Extenders add up to 1” of length to any necklace so all you have to do it attach one on the side of the necklaces that needs to be longer and that’s it! Please email us at email@example.com to request your Extenders.
- + If I attach three necklaces of the same length to the Necklet, will it still give me the layered look?
That depends on your style and the look you want to go for. If you layer your Necklet with three necklaces of the same length, the stack will give you a messy look with all the necklaces overlaying each other. If you want a neatly, evenly spaced look, then all of the necklaces you attach should be of different lengths.
If you want to add length to any of your necklaces, you can use Extenders. They will add up tp 1” per Extender so you could add 1 on either side, lengthening one necklace by 2”. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request some Extenders.
- + Why does my Necklet keep sliding to the front?
If your Necklet is sliding to the front it’s probably because there isn’t enough weight on your Necklet to keep it in the back of your neck. If you have this issue, you can switch out some necklaces to see if a heavier necklace will do the trick. You can also try adding an extra necklace to your stack, making it four necklaces on your Necklet, instead of three.
The third and last option you have is to add a choker. Chokers are meant to lay pretty close to your neck, which is great because it keeps the Necklet and the rest of your necklaces in their place.
In the end, the Necklet is still a clasp, so it will sometimes slide to the front, like all necklace clasps do. All you have to do it move it back again.
- + Why is my Necklet is pulling all my necklaces back, causing them to choke me?
If your Necklet is pulling all of your necklaces to the back it’s probably because there isn’t enough weight to counter balance the Necklet.
You have to keep in mind that the original triple clasp Necklet was created with all women in mind, so we designed a magnet that could be strong enough for everybody’s taste in necklaces. So yes, the magnet used for the triple clasp does have some weight to it, but this is how you know that it won’t fall off, it’s super strong. Now, with that comes the weight it adds so you have to be aware of that. The best solution for this problem is again, to add an extra necklace to your stack and try it out to see if that helps. If that doesn’t work, I would suggest you add a pendant to your stack. Pendants usually have more weight and help balance out the Necklet in the back, so it stays in place.
- + My necklaces are very dainty and they do not fit on the Necklet clasp…
We have the perfect solution! Extenders. The extenders are three rings attached to each other with a clasp at the end. They solve many issues but the most important one is being able to clasp your dainty necklaces onto your Necklet. All you have to do to get them is email us at email@example.com and make the request. We ask that you include your order number to make the process a lot simpler.
- + What length do my necklaces have to be to get an evenly spaced stack?
The answer for this is 2” inches apart. We suggest your necklaces are 2’ inches apart to get that look. For example: you can use 14”, 16”, and 18” inch necklaces, respectively. You can also do 16”, 18”, and 20” inch. You can even go up to 4”inch difference like: 14”, 18”, and 22” inches. The trick is to keep the same distance between all of them.
