Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping options and rates
We currently ship within the United States only.

- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): FREE on orders of $75 or more (order total after discounts). On orders under $75, the rate is calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight. Typically arrives 2–5 business days after shipping.
- USPS Priority Mail: rate calculated at checkout. Typically arrives 1–3 business days after shipping.

You'll see the exact shipping cost before you pay. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Holidays and severe weather can add time.

Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, email us at customerservice@shopnecklet.com within 30 days and we'll help with a replacement.

International orders
We are not currently accepting international orders.
